Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Natural Classic New set.

A full Natural Classic New set appointment typically takes 60–90 minutes, depending on your natural lash density and desired lash length. New clients should plan for consultation, mapping, and the full application for optimal results.

When applied and maintained correctly by a certified technician, the 1:1 Classic method is safe and gentle. Proper lash prep, correct lengths and regular refills prevent stress; avoid picking and excessive oil to minimize breakage and protect natural growth.

A full classic set can last several weeks, with natural lash shedding causing gradual gaps. We recommend refills every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness. Timing varies by lash cycle, aftercare, and daily routines like eye rubbing or oil-based products.

Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and avoid oil-based products for 24 hours. If you wear contacts, bring a case. Avoid caffeine to reduce eye fluttering. Communicate preferences during consultation so your technician tailors curl, length, and thickness to you.

Mascara is generally unnecessary with classic lashes, but if desired use a water-based, mascara formulated for extensions and avoid waterproof formulas. Apply sparingly at the tips and remove gently with extension-safe cleansers to prevent clumping and premature lash loss.

We use medical-grade adhesives, but sensitivity can occur. A patch test is recommended for clients with allergy history or very sensitive skin. Technicians will discuss ingredients and perform tests when requested to ensure a comfortable, safe application.
